How long until I receive my purchase?
All purchases will be shipped within 72 hours of payment receipt. Parcels are sent from Melbourne through AusPost and include email tracking. You will receive an email notifcation once your purchase has been posted - please check the shipping times below for your relevant country:

How much is shipping?
Parcels delivered throughout Australia are sent via AusPost - And are sent at a flat-rate cost of $8 (including handling & GST). Parcels above 500gms will incur an additional fee, which will be calculated and added upon check-out.

Purchases through this website are SECURED through the use of PayPal®.
All prices on this website are charged in Australian Dollars, and include GST.
Postage is charged at an additional cost, and includes any handling fees. This will be added to your purchase cost upon check-out.
Express Postage is upon special request - please contact us here prior to making your purchase for cost and estimated shipping times.
If your country is not listed for shipping - please contact us here to arrange another postal method.
Any import costs relevant to your country will not be covered through your purchase on this website. Please ensure you check this prior to your purchase.
On the rare occasion that any product/s you have purchased are not in stock/discontinued, we will notify you via email and provide an exchange/refund.
Damage during shipping, although extremely rare, is not covered through your purchase. If you are concerned your product may get damaged during shipping, please contact us here to arrange alternative shipping methods, prior to making your purchase.
No returns or exchange for change-of-mind.
If there is a problem or error with your order upon receipt, please contact us here immediately and provide your Order Number (#) in the subject field. We will do our best to rectify any issues with your order within 7 business days.
Please do not return any products to us without prior return authorisation.
A copy of the return authorisation, once received after contacting us, must be included with the product you are returning. Please include all contents of the kits/products your are returning, if you are not receiving a replacement.
All products are inspected carefully upon packing. However on the rare occasion that if there appear to be any defect or faults that may have occured during production, please contact us here and provide your Order Number (#) in the subject field. We will do our best to rectify any issues with your order within 7 business days.
Any defects or issues that are at fault by us will include refund of return shipping.
